Designing Meaningful Gatherings
There is a strategic, creative and collaborative process that informs the development of any intentional event or gathering. This process is called Experience Design.
I guide my clients through a fun, thoughtful and interactive process to identify desired outcomes, map out visions, and build concrete plans so that they can deliver impactful experiences with confidence and purpose.
Gatherings may be in-person or virtual, and range from corporate retreats to personal growth workshops to dinner parties to board meetings, and beyond.
Inviting Purpose and Connection for Groups
Once you’ve designed a powerful experience and have a plan in place, it’s time to let the magic of the moment infuse the plan with life.
As a facilitator, my job is to “hold the space” of a gathering by guiding the flow, timing and energy so that participants can connect as deeply and genuinely as possible to themselves, each other and their shared mission, purpose, and/or values.
My facilitation style permeates gatherings with warmth, playfulness and a sense of belonging, while also inviting depth, meaning and transformation.
Empowering Individual Leaders
To lead with integrity, leaders must first understand who they are when they’re at their best and the impact they wish to have on the world. These simple yet elusive truths serve as a “north star” to guide the way.
As a certified Co-Active Coach, I help executive and non-profit leaders establish their core values, live in harmony with their inner critics, and identify their truest hopes and dreams for the future.
Through coaching, I serve as a guide, thought partner and accountability buddy, pushing my clients to grow while always encouraging them to love, accept and value themselves for who they are at their core.

The Rainbow Letters
I founded a global letter writing movement for people with LGBTQ parents to share their stories as a way to create belonging for an invisible tribe within the LGBTQ community and to inspire greater empathy towards non-normative family structures.
PeopleFirst Leadership Program
During my tenure as the Chief Culture Officer of the people-driven private equity firm Alpine Investors, I served as the original architect of a proprietary leadership & organizational development program that continues to scale and thrive today.
Rediscovering Ritual
I design and host inclusive Shabbat dinners that invite people from all walks of life to gather in community to celebrate slowing down and explore what ritual means for them, through the lens of an ancient Jewish tradition.
